Booking Instructions
PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING:

Booking a consultation:
Although in-person consultations are encouraged, they are NOT mandatory prior to booking services.
Our services are considered ‘low risk’ and require little-to-no downtime. That said, we feel comfortable doing (free) virtual consults via phone/email. Should you choose to forego an in-person consult, we may ask that you send in photos, depending on the procedure of interest. These photos must be submitted via email, and will be considered your ‘consult.’
[Please note: we also accept photos captured and submitted to us by a provider at Taylor Paige Integrative Skincare]

Our 25-minute, in-person consultations are $50.00. A 50% deposit (of $25.00) will be collected upon booking. The remainder will be collected on the day-of your consultation.During your consultation, we will discuss which treatment protocols are best for your skin. We don’t believe in treating with a one-size-fits-all approach. That said, we specialize in combining modalities to address the area(s) of concern. We welcome you to look at our menu to get an idea of our pricing, but please consider that DETAILED pricing and package discounts will be discussed during the consult.
During the consult we will also send you home with written instructions regarding the treatment protocol we recommend.If you pre-pay for a treatment within 72-hours of your consultation, we will apply the consultation fee to the cost of the service.To schedule an in-person consultation, you may book online

Booking a treatment: Treatments can be scheduled through the office or through our online booking platform.
We encourage you to book through our office, as we typically have access to more availability than that displayed on the online platform.

PLEASE NOTE: Should you choose to use our online booking platform, you must accept that we reserve the right to move your appointment time in increments of up to 30 minutes. (For example: if you book yourself for a 1:00pm appointment, you understand that the start time may be pushed to 12:30 or 1:30pm). You will be notified of such changes. If your schedule does not permit such changes, then we suggest that you schedule your appointment with our office via phone or email.Whether you choose to book online or through our office, a deposit of $25.00 will be collected upon booking for all new clients. The $25.00 will be applied to the cost of the service.If you are using the online booking platform to schedule yourself for a treatment WITHOUT an in-person consult, you must be sure to select a service that says ‘NEW CLIENT’ in front of it. We add extra time the all ‘NEW CLIENT’ treatments to make sure that we have time to discuss any questions. A NEW CLIENT treatment is essentially a treatment and consult all in one.

— A note on consent forms: —
Upon booking, you will be required to fill out paperwork relevant to your treatment. This paperwork is good for 6 months.
It is YOUR responsibility to fully read all paperwork. In the event that we need to cancel your procedure day-of due to an oversight regarding the information on the consent paperwork, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee.

Cancelation policy: We pride ourselves on being reasonable with cancelations. But please understand that because our services typically require some level of planning, filling a last-minute opening is a challenge on our end. That said, we adhere to a strict 48-hr cancellation policy.
Should you cancel a treatment within the 48-hour window, a fee of $100.00 will be charged to the card on file.
Should you cancel a consultation within the 48-window, you be charged the remaining $25.00.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We take pride in being reasonable with our cancellations, but please be mindful Appointments must be cancelled 24-hours prior. In the situation of a no-show or day-of cancellation, you may be required to pay a cancellation fee.
